    Lorraine Kelly stands by Davina McCall following breast cancer diagnosis

    The TV presenter disclosed that she underwent surgery three weeks ago after finding a lump in her breast 

    Lorraine Kelly extended her support to Davina McCall during her live show on Monday.

    The 65-year-old united forces with her fellow TV presenter, 58, as she addressed the heartbreaking news that Davina has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer.

    Davina took to Instagram on Saturday morning to share an emotional video revealing the details of her health.

    The TV presenter disclosed that she underwent surgery three weeks ago after finding a lump in her breast. 

    Addressing the news on Lorraine’s self-titles daytime show, she began: ‘We are so sorry she’s had to go through that.

    ‘It shows it can happen to anyone. We are sending her all of our love, to Davina and anybody going through the same thing,’ it’s scary.’

    Lorraine concluded: ‘I am sending Davina all my love. She’s has been through such a lot, and she’s such a terrific woman.’

    Meanwhile, Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha revealed that Davina bravely confided in her after learning about her diagnosis.

    During the panel, Nadia explained that she had recently seen Davina at the ITV studios where Davina opened up about having cancer, just days before she went public with the news.

    The announcement comes after Davina shared her battle with the world over the weekend, expressing her ‘anger’ and frustrtation towards the diagnosis.
