    GTA Online Deadline Duet Adversary Mode will kick off on February 5, 2026, with the new weekly update. Within the game mode, players must compete in teams of two and use their twin Shotaro beam trails to take down their opponents. The game mode comes in time for Valentine’s Day, so couples can play the mode together and enjoy.

    To enter the GTA Online Deadline Duet Adversary Mode, you need to have a partner. To open the game mode, go to the in-game interaction menu, click Online, then click Adversary Mode. This will produce a list of all the official Adversary Modes.

    Within the list, you can pick from three different maps titled Deadline Duet I, II, and III. Click on any of the options, and as long as you have enough players, you can kick-start the game mode.

    Once the GTA Online Deadline Duet Adversary Mode starts, you will find yourself seated on your Nagasaki Shotaro. As you ride the bike, it leaves behind a trail beam. If your opponent runs into your trail beam, they die, losing a point. The last team alive wins the match.

    The maps usually have plenty of space for players to traverse. However, you need to outmaneuver your enemy to take the point. You will be able to pick up boosts from the map to go faster for some time. There’s also a constant risk of going too fast and falling off-map. This will cost you a life, so ensure your control of the wheels is strong.

    Rewards

    Players can earn triple rewards by playing the Deadline Duet Adversary Mode. Therefore, the winning team stands to earn upto $125,000 plus first place bonus. Furthermore, winning two matches during the week (February 5 to February 11, 2026) will also earn the players an easy $100,000 in-game. This is because by doing so, players fulfill the Weekly Challenge.
