    Colts announce six changes to 2025 football operations staff

    The Indianapolis Colts announced several changes on Wednesday to their football operations staff.

    The Indianapolis Colts announced on Wednesday several changes to their football operations staff, specifically within their scouting department.

    Chris McGaha has been elevated to a national scout, but will have a focus on the West Coast. This will be McGaha’s 16th season with the Colts.

    Kasia Omilian was promoted to area scout and will focus on the West Coast. Omilian has been an NFS scout since the 2022 season and began with the Colts in 2019.

    Gregory Liverpool is now an area/pro scout. He was previously a scouting assistant from 2023 to 2024 and is entering season five with the Colts.

    Tanner Chastain has been named an NFS scout. He was previously a scouting assistant for the last two seasons.

    Skylar Hillmann has been hired as a scouting assistant. From 2022 to 2025, Hillman was a recruiting operations intern at the University of Missouri.

    Lastly, Joe Tsaiho has been hired as a scouting assistant as well. At Florida the last two seasons, he has been a college personnel assistant for the football team.
